Our firm offers estate planning. We are happy to draft simple testamentary wills. We are equally capable of doing advanced estate planning techniques that can include, but are not limited to, revocable living trusts, disclaimer trusts, Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, IRA Inheritance Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.

We will meet with you and go over your unique and individual situation and circumstances, and then give you options that can help try to protect your assets from probate court, taxes, and challenges by beneficiaries. We want to make sure you understand the positives and negatives for doing or not doing documents. We will give our recommendations on what we think will accomplish your objectives based on what your goals and objectives are and what is important to you.

Our firm also drafts Power of Attorney for Financial, Power of Attorney for Medical, and Power of Attorney for Mental Health. We also draft Living Wills for what your wishes are if you were ever to be in a permanent vegetative state or irreversible coma. You will also choose if you wish to have organ donation and whether or not you wish to be cremated.

If you own multiple properties, it may be beneficial to put each of the properties into a Limited Liability Company (LLC). We can help draft all of the documents needed to put your properties into the LLC and help protect your assets.

We also draft property deeds in order to change your properties into the name of your LLC or Trust.

If you are overwhelmed or need help in the administration of a Trust that you are in charge of, we can be as much or as little support as you need. We can also prepare small estate affidavits that may be needed for smaller estates.
