A Living Will states that you do not wish to be kept alive artificially. It releases your doctors from liability in the event the decision is made to pull the plug. It takes 2 doctors acting together to make this decision. The doctors then consult the agent named in your Health Care Power of Attorney. Your Living Will also allows for you to select if you wish to be an organ donor, and acts to inform if you wish to be cremated or not.
